1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using LocalLeadAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LocalLeadAI provides an AI agent that connects to your business's WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and phone channels to answer customer inquiries and capture leads. You are responsible for connecting your own channel accounts (e.g. a Twilio number, WhatsApp Business account, or email inbox) and for the accuracy of the business information you provide to the agent.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
4. Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, violate any messaging platform's policies (including WhatsApp's and your carrier's), or engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
6. AI-Generated Responses
The Service uses AI to generate responses to customer inquiries. While the agent is configured using information you provide, you are responsible for reviewing its behavior and configuration, and LocalLeadAI does not guarantee the accuracy of every AI-generated response.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLeadAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or mishandled leads.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
